"CIA could not see it from above because of the canopy. They asked one of the remote viewers, a lady who was a dowser, a map dowser, to put a mark on the map of where this bomber landed. She does her thing, puts a mark on the map. They go there and they find it within a couple of kilometers of that spot."
Radin recounted a declassified Stargate program success story where remote viewer Fran used map dowsing to locate a crashed bomber carrying a nuclear weapon in Africa that could not be detected by satellite due to jungle canopy. President Carter publicly confirmed this case when asked about unusual intelligence successes. The remote viewer identified the location within a couple kilometers using only a blank sheet of paper linked by association to an actual map.
