Actor Taylor Kitsch reveals he was hesitant to return to portraying a Navy SEAL character after his role in Lone Survivor, feeling he had already reached the peak with that true story. He only agreed to Dark Wolf after meetings with producers convinced him he could make Ben Edwards a completely different and individual character. The role ultimately opened many doors to relationships with real SEAL team members.
