The fastest way to burn dangerous visceral fat - supermodels have more than sumo wrestlers!
"When you actually, they have done CT scans of sumo wrestlers, The amount of visceral fat is very low, extremely low, surprisingly low."
Jimmy Bell, a professor of molecular imaging and metabolism at the University of Westminster, says CT scans of Japanese sumo wrestlers show they can carry large amounts of body fat while keeping visceral fat levels “extremely low”. He attributes this to long-established training regimes and substantial muscle mass, and contrasts it with Western “sumo wrestlers” who do not follow the same routine and may be metabolically unhealthy.
