New Polls Show How Much Worse It Just Got for Dems as Spencer Pratt Surges
"A 50-50 state went 10 to 1 Democrats. Does that seem fair to anybody? Got caught up in the courts. And as of yesterday, it is officially gone."
The Virginia Supreme Court struck down a Democratic redistricting referendum that would have given Democrats 10 of 11 congressional seats in a state that votes 51-49. The gerrymandered map, which passed referendum 10-to-1, was ruled unconstitutional. Virginia will maintain its current 6-5 Democratic advantage, which reflects actual voter distribution.
