Larry Johnson revealed that his friend Joe, who died yesterday at 82, was the holder of all Special Access Programs at the Department of Defense and briefed presidents and defense secretaries on top secret programs. Joe co-founded the DOD Inspector General office in 1982 with Larry's friend Bob. The passing comes amid postponed birthday celebrations for Bob's 82nd birthday.
