Buchanan remote viewed the Chernobyl disaster three days before it occurred and claims the meltdown was deliberate to cover theft of six tons of fissionable material from the facility. When asked his confidence level, he stated it was close to 100%. He refused to reveal the current location of the stolen material, saying doing so would get him killed. He correctly predicted details of the meltdown but was marked wrong because it didn't appear in Sunday papers due to Tuesday news embargo.
