Military Remote Viewer Says Governments Trade Territory With Aliens Like Indian Reservations

What was said

"I've come to the conclusion I personally have no proof, no documentation, that these are the places where our government or the governments of other countries have said, you can have this spot to have your base. You stay away from us and we'll stay away from you. So they're more like reservations that we give to the Indians."

Buchanan, who remote viewed four major alien bases on Earth during his military service, claims these installations exist with explicit government permission rather than in secret. He compared the arrangement to Native American reservations, suggesting formal territorial agreements between human governments and extraterrestrial groups. He identified bases at Mount Hayes Alaska, Mount Ziel Australia, Secret Mountain near Sedona Arizona, and Mount Inyangani Zimbabwe.
