Lynn Buchanan, who worked in the Army's classified remote viewing unit at Fort Meade, revealed that in 1998 he was tasked with viewing the future of the US through 2050. He claims to have foreseen catastrophic population reduction through man-made disasters including weaponized earthquakes, societal collapse into agrarian communities, and near-total disappearance of centralized government by 2040. He states these predictions have been coming true sequentially.
