"I took GPS coordinates at two different spots and used the laser rangefinder to record the distance. The globe prediction is 67.7 meters. Flat Earth prediction is 1,124.8 meters. The actual measured distance is 67.7 meters. Globe confirmed, flat Earth falsified."
During a flat earth debate on Modern Day Debates, McToon presented laser rangefinder measurements from both Antarctica and Pensacola Beach claiming to confirm globe predictions and falsify flat earth distance calculations. Opponent Sully dismissed the evidence as anecdotal and refused to address it, calling it unverifiable since others cannot independently test in Antarctica despite McToon's open $100,000 challenge.
