Carl, a 91-year-old Wyoming hunter, described a 1980s encounter where his rifle bullet inexplicably stopped mid-air while targeting elk. He claims two entities then took him aboard a craft, examined him, and returned him miles away. Wyoming law enforcement analyzed the deformed bullet and could not explain its condition. His tuberculosis scars vanished after the encounter.
