David Paulides recounts his FOIA request for a 46-year-old missing person case in Yosemite. Special Agent Yu of the Park Service denied the request, telling Paulides he would never receive the case file despite Paulides having obtained over 30 similar cases previously. The FBI claimed the case remains an active criminal investigation four decades later, blocking release under Exemption 7.
