Pasulka alleges a figure she calls “Tyler” sought to reverse-engineer purported debris by telling engineers it belonged to China or Russia, to spur rapid work for national security reasons. She presents it as a motivational tactic and suggests she later heard similar framing in talks by physicist Hal Puthoff, though her account does not include independent corroboration.
