Ryan Serhant recounts how, before joining Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, he says he intentionally packed a day of back-to-back appointments for producers who were filming him, to match the image of a high-volume broker. He also says he ended the shoot early by telling the crew he was too busy to continue, gambling it would make him appear in demand.
