I Saw the Taliban's 'Dancing Boys' & Have Never Been the Same | Chad Robichaux
"I sat in my closet. I had a Glock 22 pistol, and I literally put my family pictures on the floor around me. Every time I put that gun to my head, I would have this vision of who's going to find me."
Robichaux disclosed attempting suicide in 2010 after his JSOC career ended when he was diagnosed with PTSD and read out of his classified program following debilitating panic attacks triggered by a foreign intelligence interrogation. He described sitting in his closet with a loaded pistol surrounded by family photos before his wife intervened.
