"Reports have been circulating in Poland that apparently at the request or maybe the instruction of the German defense minister Boris Pistorius, Poland secretly transferred a number of Patriot missile interceptors to Ukraine. It's not clear to me exactly when that happened, but it appears to have happened this year. And the Polish Parliament was not informed, which apparently violates Poland's constitution and law."
Poland covertly provided Patriot air defense missiles to Ukraine following coordination between German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius and the United States, without informing the Polish Parliament as required by law. This transfer was allegedly arranged after the U.S. indicated it could not spare its own interceptors following depletion during the recent Iran conflict. The missiles proved ineffective against Russian hypersonic and ballistic missile strikes on Kyiv.
