"He opened up this vial and it had a tool in it. He takes a sample from over here and then one from over here. Takes a piece of skin. And then right here above my eye. And he did the same thing. They took samples. Didn't take blood, didn't take urine, nothing. No hair sample, nothing."
Following his UFO encounter, Woods was examined by two Air Force flight surgeons who performed an unusual medical procedure, removing tissue samples from 'burns' on his hand and above his eye that Woods had not noticed. The doctors provided no explanation for the burns or the sampling procedure. OSI agents Richard Doty and Jack Reed were present during the examination, and Woods never received his medical records or any follow-up information.
