"When we would find it, we confirm the location, we would get it in our hands and it would look like it's metal. But then within 10 to 15 seconds, it would almost dissolve into a dust and you could blow it away in the wind. We came to the conclusion that we were being manipulated by something that wanted to appear to be giving us technology, but it wasn't technology at all."
Gillis recounted testimony from Richard Bandarik, now an aerospace CEO, who 40 years ago was contracted by the federal government to collect metamaterials from 'gifting fields' where the phenomenon allegedly provided technology. Bandarik reported the materials dissolved into dust within seconds, leading his team to conclude they were being deceived by something mimicking technological gifts. This challenges narratives of recovered alien technology.
