Gillis stated that General Michael McCasland, who advised the Secret Machines series and worked out of Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, explored the theory that UAPs are projections by ceremonial magicians from other dimensions. This theory, associated with the Collins Elite group, suggests craft sightings are consciousness-based manifestations rather than physical vehicles. McCasland recently disappeared under mysterious circumstances.
