Strieber Describes Horrific Alien Soul Extraction Program in Brooklyn

What was said

"These people were all homeless. They were taken from the streets of Brooklyn. They were then mutilated, then drowned in the ocean, and the bodies returned to like rooftops and stuff near where they had been taken. Someone had busted into the spine right at that point and stuck something down into it to wreck the spine. In other words, they were extracting the soul like extracting an oyster from its shell."

Strieber recounted receiving documentation from a Brooklyn coroner in the mid-1990s about homeless people who were mutilated similar to cattle, then drowned and returned to rooftops. He claimed the victims had their spines deliberately damaged at a specific point used for out-of-body experiences, suggesting non-human entities were extracting human souls. This material appeared in his book 'A New World' but was largely ignored by readers.
