He stated Sir Peter Townsley interviewed UFO witnesses at the palace and provided reports to Prince Philip. Kaplan also disclosed rumors that a craft landed on Lord Mountbatten's estate witnessed by staff, and that Townsley met with a being called 'Mr. Janus' who could read minds and claimed to be extraterrestrial, seeking a meeting with Prince Philip.
