Kaplan revealed he personally delivered copies of Flying Saucer Review to Prince Philip's equerry at Buckingham Palace for over 50 years. He stated Sir Peter Townsley interviewed UFO witnesses at the palace and provided reports to Prince Philip. Kaplan also disclosed rumors that a craft landed on Lord Mountbatten's estate witnessed by staff, and that Townsley met with a being called 'Mr. Janus' who could read minds and claimed to be extraterrestrial, seeking a meeting with Prince Philip.
