According to Glean's aggregated telemetry data, more than one-third of AI interactions fail to produce usable results, forcing workers to restart or heavily revise. The highest exhaustion multiplier comes from feeding AI context that integrated systems should already know and debugging probabilistic outputs where the root cause is unclear.
