Nearly 70% of surveyed workers admit to passing along AI-generated work they cannot explain or defend, a phenomenon the report calls 'bot shitting.' This represents both the remarkable capability of AI to produce passable work and the prevalence of meaningless bullshit work in organizations. The behavior correlates with worker disengagement and intention to leave their jobs.
