"The Great Chicago Fire came on very rapidly, very suddenly, about 9 o'clock Sunday evening, October 8th, 1871. The Peshtigo fire that happened about 200 miles north of Chicago came on suddenly, almost as a hurricane of fire at the same time. 200 miles apart. At the same time. Across Lake Michigan, equally terrible fires broke out on Lake Michigan's east coast. The simultaneously bursting forth of these conflagrations is either just coincidence or it's not a coincidence. And I don't think it was a coincidence."
Carlson revealed eyewitness accounts documenting that the Great Chicago Fire, the Peshtigo Fire in Wisconsin, and fires in Manistee Michigan all ignited simultaneously at approximately 9 PM on October 8, 1871, despite being separated by hundreds of miles. He argues this pattern, which he's documented across multiple fire events in the 1800s, suggests a cosmic trigger rather than coincidence, possibly related to the Taurid meteor stream.
