Dr. Puthoff revealed he ran the CIA's classified Stargate remote viewing program from the 1970s through the 1990s, training Army intelligence officers to psychically gather information from distant locations. He claims the program successfully located a downed Soviet plane in Africa, predicted commodity futures with 86% accuracy, and briefed CIA Director Bill Casey regularly. President Jimmy Carter confirmed one incident on audio. The program was officially declassified but Puthoff believes it continues in black operations.
