Former CIA Physicist Claims UAP Display Warp Drive Technology Beyond Human Capability

"The amount of energy required to do that is so bonkers. We do not— no human beings have the ability to create that much energy in a localized area for an aircraft. If you're modifying space-time, you arrange to have space moving. You can engineer that."

Dr. Harold Puthoff, former National Security Agency physicist and CIA science advisor, explained that observed UAP maneuvers like the 2004 Tic Tac incident require warping spacetime itself—technology he says no human nation possesses. The craft create energy bubbles that separate them from their environment, enabling transmedium travel and explaining why clear photography is difficult. Puthoff worked on classified programs analyzing this technology for over a decade.
