""There's Russian satellites that are currently maneuvering towards a commercial satellite that is being used in Ukraine. And they think those Russian satellites, they're they have propulsion systems on them are moving closer and closer out of their normal orbit to this commercial satellite. We think that Russia might be trying to disable that satellite because it's being used to help Ukraine.""
Ian Cinnamon, chief executive of satellite manufacturer Apex, tells Mike Rowe he believes Russian satellites are moving out of their normal orbits towards a commercial satellite used in support of Ukraine. Cinnamon says the satellites have propulsion systems and may be attempting to disable the target satellite, framing it as a current example of adversaries using manoeuvrable spacecraft.
