"when those thousands of people died on the streets, they came out because they trusted Trump. Iranians were really really believing that this is their only chance that this is going to happen and thousands came out on the street knowing that they're going to they could die."
In a discussion about Iran and regime change, Amini says large numbers of Iranians took to the streets because they believed Donald Trump would support them. He claims “thousands” were killed, and argues that if an outside power encourages an uprising it must be prepared to “finish it” by forcing regime change.
