Justin DeLoretto - Ex-Mongols President Breaks Silence on the Hells Angels Blood Feud | SRS #329
""they indicted me on conspiracy to commit kidnapping, attempted kidnapping, unlawful use of a weapon, conspiracy to commit awful use. There was like eight felonies and the kidnapping was because they moved in a direct they moved from the center lane to the fast lane in a direction they didn't want to go. Yeah. Right. $14 million bail and then I had a bail reduction where I went down to 1.4 million.""
Justin DeLoretto, a former Mongols MC chapter president, recounts a 60-mile pursuit in Oregon where he says he believed he was tailing suspected rivals before discovering the vehicle was law enforcement. He says he was subsequently jailed and charged with multiple felonies including conspiracy and attempted kidnapping, before later being convicted of misdemeanours (reckless driving and menacing) and given the maximum sentence.
DeLoretto frames the case as law-enforcement targeting and disputes the basis for the kidnapping allegation.
