Sinclair claims OSK ‘reprogramming’ shrank human tumours in mice in lab tests

Joe Rogan Experience #2537 - David Sinclair
"She found that when you turn on these three same genes, not in the eye, but in cancer cells and tumors growing in mice, human cancers growing in mice, they shrink. So, we think it might actually help for cancer as well, which was a nice surprise."
Sinclair says a PhD student in his lab observed tumour shrinkage in mice after switching on the same three ‘OSK’ genes used in his age-reversal work, including in models described as human cancers growing in mice. He also says long-term exposure in mice did not increase tumours and may have reduced them, though he does not cite a publication or dataset during the episode.
