"I physically handled the MKUltra documents. Okay, they were about you know this high in the office. And again, I was hired labor that day. I just needed to move the documents for somebody into another office. But those were the MKUltra. I thumbed through them, and there's no reason. There is absolutely no reason to to not just put that out."
Jim says he personally moved and briefly examined CIA MKUltra-related documents while working inside the agency, describing a substantial volume. He argues that records connected to historic controversies, including MKUltra and the JFK files, should be released given their age and the limits of any remaining sources-and-methods rationale.
