Ex-CIA officer says intelligence community could have assessed lab-incident origin by mid-2020

A recently retired CIA operations officer, identified only as Jim, tells Tucker Carlson he believes Covid-19 was a lab incident in Wuhan. He says the intelligence community could have made a “pretty sound assessment” by mid-2020 that there was a significant chance the pandemic was caused by some type of lab incident, and argues that a lab-incident origin would change how people view public health policy and vaccines.
