"People began to complain that there were trucks going to the EG&G Roton facility in Woodstock, uh, waking, keeping them awake all night. And apparently there were documents being moved in large quantities to that facility from goodness knows where. But wherever they were coming from I would guess were government facilities. EG&G Roton is a private facility and every document that went in there moved out of the freedom of information umbrella and was no longer accessible."
