Parsi argued that an Iranian strike in Jordan indicated improved targeting capabilities, saying it appeared to rely on timely intelligence rather than days-old imagery. He added that it is unclear whether this reflects better Iranian capabilities, outside support (he mentioned Russia or China as possibilities), or claimed on-the-ground sources.
