What was said
""Any base that is used by the United States to attack Iran and to kill Iranians, the Iranians will treat as a legitimate target. And the United States uses a lot of bases in Europe, used German bases extensively um to uh funnel a lot of uh you know material uh military assets to the region.""
Trita Parsi said Iran has issued a warning that it would regard any base used by the US to attack Iran as a legitimate target, and he cited Bulgaria as part of that messaging. Parsi added that the US uses European facilities, including in Germany, to move military assets into the region.
