And the worst thing is that 11 million of them are retired people."
The former Ukrainian government official revealed that Ukraine's population has collapsed from an official 42 million to approximately 25 million, with only an estimated 10 million working-age adults remaining. She describes pensioners living on $75-200 monthly in a country not cheap enough to survive on those sums, with some dying from cold and hunger.
