Conor McGregor's SHOCKING Injury, Holloway Wins, Paddy Steals Show; Ariel Helwani UFC 329 Reaction
What was said
"He throws like a running, flying left kick. And clearly his right knee blows out. His right knee is injured. He tried to fight through it. He tried to fight through it. And it kept buckling, it kept buckling to the point where Max was talking to Mike Beltran and essentially said like, come on, man, this has to end."
Conor McGregor's highly anticipated return after five years ended abruptly when his right knee buckled just over a minute into the fight. Dr. Brian Sutterer suspects a meniscus injury, noting McGregor may have been compromised before entering the cage. McGregor refused crutches and walked out of T-Mobile Arena visibly emotional, with many questioning if this marks the end of his fighting career.
