Carlwood claims he viewed a still image allegedly from the rumored Frazzledrip video showing Hillary Clinton and Huma Abedin cutting a child's face off, found on Anthony Weiner's laptop. He states nine NYPD officers who saw the full video committed suicide, and that researcher Dave Collum verified these officers were real people with documented death dates.
