What was said
"I have stories that will shock the world when they find out, you know, what I've been through and things that have happened to me. At the right time, I will reveal all of this. I think the world just isn't ready to hear all this about me. When I moved to San Paulo, I had to take up opportunities because I needed the money and needed the funds and I just took up on some things that not particularly proud of."
Mauricio Ruffy hinted he will release a book revealing a hidden past involving activities he is not proud of, including unspecified opportunities he took in São Paulo for survival that he says are too shocking to share on camera. He left his dangerous hometown of Maceió at 14 after all his childhood friends ended up dead or in prison, and says he had a volatile temperament before his faith transformation.
