"He had said he was planning to go hunting with his family, um, and he asked me for a— if we had like a Dremel to— because he said he wanted to engrave messages on bullets, um, and I just told him where our Dremel was and I told him to make sure he doesn't like set off a bullet on accident in the house."
Lance Twiggs, roommate and former romantic partner of Tyler Robinson charged with shooting Charlie Kirk, testified that Robinson requested a Dremel tool up to a month before the September 10th incident to engrave messages on bullets, claiming it was for a family hunting trip. Robinson left a note under his keyboard before the shooting and later told Twiggs he regretted his actions.
