Speaking from Turkey during the NATO meeting, Trump announced he is ordering a complete cessation of trade with Spain, including visits, because Spain refused to allow the US to use Spanish bases during the Iran conflict despite being a NATO ally. Trump directed Secretary of Commerce Scott Bessent to implement the order immediately.
