Officer Chris Bagley, a Utah Valley University police officer on duty during the shooting at Charlie Kirk's event, testified that no law enforcement was stationed on or near the Losi building roof where the shooter allegedly fired from. Defense attorney cross-examination revealed no metal detectors, drones, or security personnel were assigned to cover the building despite Turning Point USA security being told local police had roof security covered. An empty pistol holder found at the scene was never retrieved for evidence.
