Neuroscientist confirms directed energy weapons being used domestically on American soil

"There are several instances of individuals being hit in what appears to be both sonic energy and forms of rapidly pulse microwave energy domestically. some cases in Florida, some cases in the Delaware, Maryland, DC area, and some cases on the West Coast as well."

Dr. James Gerardano, Georgetown professor emeritus of neurology and forensic neuroscientist on the original Havana syndrome cases, confirms directed energy weapons are being used against Americans on U.S. soil. The weapons, now scalable to backpack-size, use rapidly pulsed microwaves without thermal signatures to disrupt neurological function, causing debilitating effects on autonomic, immune, and endocrine systems. Cases have been documented in Florida, the DC area, and the West Coast.
