Dr. Palmer revealed that 93% of American adults have at least one metabolic abnormality among five standard biomarkers: low HDL cholesterol, high triglycerides, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, and abdominal obesity. This metabolic dysfunction epidemic is directly linked to the concurrent mental health crisis affecting Americans across all age groups.
