"Tucker seemed to be telling the truth that Dan said that Trump blocked it personally. And that's reflected even in what Don Trump Jr. said. He said, my dad is satisfied with the investigation, I'm not, and I'm going to leave it there. So clearly the directive had gone out from Trump that no more talk about Butler."
Owens corroborates Tucker Carlson's claim that Trump personally shut down investigation into the July assassination attempt against him at a Butler, Pennsylvania rally. She suggests Trump's behavior indicates he knows more about what happened than he's revealing. Owens theorizes the actual target may have been Corey Comparatore, the firefighter killed, due to his connection to PETN explosives.
