The ex-CIA officer forecasted that when China reaches economic parity with the United States—which he considers the most likely outcome—both nations will become the most dangerous places on Earth as they become each other's primary targets. He stated this is a key reason he plans to relocate his family out of America by 2027, preferring Europe, the Middle East, or Latin America.
