MP Alleges Police Facilitated Rape Gangs and Attended Abuse Events
PBD Podcast
Rupert Lowe - The Rape Gang Inquiry & Keir Starmer Resigning | PBD Podcast #822
What was said
"One girl said she was regularly at police nights where the police officers got involved in raping girls. The police tended to side, I guess for fear of being called racist, with the people who were perpetrating the evil rather than the people who were trying to stop the evil."
Rupert Lowe's inquiry found testimony alleging British police not only failed to stop grooming gangs but actively participated in rape events. He claims police sided with perpetrators over victims due to fear of racism accusations, and in one case an officer returned a victim to abusers telling them to have fun with her.
