"This guy used me in like a commercial, like all jokes aside, like that in a thing. And then I didn't see it till someone sent it to me. And I was like, whoa, whoa, wait a minute, wait a minute. I hit up the guy that I knew and I was like, hey man, very uncool. And they all played dumb."
Comedian Andrew Santino disclosed on the Impaulsive podcast that a company he attended a function with secretly turned footage into a commercial using his likeness without consent. When confronted, the company refused accountability and played dumb before eventually removing it. He expressed frustration that they wouldn't even acknowledge the violation.
