Vice President Vance rejected predictions of AI-driven mass unemployment, instead warning that AI will dramatically accelerate wealth inequality similar to the Industrial Revolution, which sparked fascism and communism in Europe. He revealed Trump supports the idea of government ownership stakes in major AI companies as a predistribution mechanism, calling Trump a radical pragmatist unconcerned with traditional Republican ideology.
