Congressman Tim Burchett revealed that the Taliban receives approximately $40 million per week through U.S.-funded NGO operations in Afghanistan, with the Biden administration allegedly transferring $5 billion total. Burchett claims NGOs funnel money through three Taliban-controlled banks, with the Taliban taking cuts on all transactions. The UN reportedly made at least 80 cash shipments of this magnitude to Afghanistan.
