Whistleblower Describes Interacting With Sentient Crystal Orb Called Relic Not Tech

What was said

"The people in the program had this thing, they called it a relic. Sitting at the center of the coffee table, it's a literal crystal orb, but the inside of this orb was alive. And as I locked eye contact with it, the inside structure adapts and it like changes. And it's almost as if this object, as I'm looking at it, is now looking back at me. It was sentient and conscious and felt alive. It didn't communicate through mouth, it communicated telepathically. It was feminine. It was being shown to me that Sylvia was human thoughts almost. We as humans, everything we create, everything we think, everything we're consciously experiencing takes on some form somewhere else."

Jozek recounts being introduced at age twelve to a basketball-sized crystalline sphere emitting its own light that program personnel called a relic named Sylvia. He claims the object exhibited sentient behavior, adapted its internal structure in response to his gaze, and communicated telepathically, telling him it represented a manifestation of collective human thought. He was allegedly used as an intermediary because the object would not interface with military personnel, only with certain psychically gifted children.
